【摘要】:1.1ThispracticepresentsaprocedureandrelatedtablesoffactorsforadaptingPracticeE2234(equivalenttoMIL-STD-105)samplingplanstoacceptancesamplinginspectionwhentheitemqualityofinterestislifelengthorreliability.Factorsareprovidedforthreealternativecriteriaforlotevaluation:meanlife,hazardrate,andreliablelife.Inspectionofthesampleisbyattributeswithtestingtruncatedattheendofsomeprearrangedperiodoftime.TheWeibulldistribution,togetherwiththeexponentialdistributionasaspecialcase,isusedastheunderlyingstatisticalmodel.1.2Asystemofunitsisnotspecifiedbythispractice.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
