【摘要】:ThisPartofBS5482givesguidanceandrecommendationsfortheinstallationofliquefiedpetroleumgas(LPG)supplysystemsatpermanentdwellings,includingresidentialparkhomes,andsmallcommercialpremises,withinstallationpipeworksizesnotexceedingDN25forsteelandDN28forcorrugatedstainlesssteelorcopper.Itappliestosystemsusingeithercommercialpropanefromcylindersorbulksupplyatapressureof37mbar,orcommercialbutanefromcylindersatapressureof28mbar.Itmakesrecommendationsontheselectionofmaterialsandcomponents,ondesignconsiderations,oninstallation,oninspectionandtestingandonuserinstructions.NOTE1Gasstorageanddistributionsystemsformultipleconsumersareoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.ThisstandarddoesnotcovertheinstallationrequirementsofbulktankssupplyingLPG,forwhichguidanceisgiveninLPGACodeofPractice1,Parts1.2,and4.[7].Appliancesincorporatingtheirowngassupply,suchasmobileheaters,arenotconsideredtobepartoftheinstallationandarethusoutsidethescopeofthisstandard.NOTE2ItisrecognizedthatthisstandardmaybereferredtoforLPGinstallationsotherthanthoseconcernedwithdomesticsystemsatpermanentdwellingsandresidentialparkhomes.Intheseinstancesithastobeborneinmindthatothercodesofpractice,standardsandregulationsmayapply.Thisstandarddoesnotcoverleisureaccommodationvehicles(seeBSEN1949).
