【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisCodeistoestablishproceduresfortheconductandreportoftestsofheatrecoverysteamgenerators(HRSG)employedincombinedcycleinstallations.Combinedcycle,asusedherein,shallbeinterpretedasagasturbineexhaustingintoanHRSG,whichmayormaynotbearrangedforsupplementalfiring.ThisCodeprovidesstandardtestprocedureswhichwillyieldresultshavingthehighestlevelofaccuracyconsistentwithcurrentengineeringknowledgeandpractice.ThepurposesoftestingunderthisCodearethedeterminationof(a)efficiency,oreffectiveness,atspecifiedoperatingconditions;(b)capacityatspecifiedoperatingconditions;(c)otherrelatedoperatingcharacteristicssuchassteamtemperatureandcontrolrange,inletgasflowandtemperature;pressuredropsincombustionair,gas,steamandwatercircuits;qualityand/orpurityofsteam;andairandbypassstackgasleakage.TherulesandinstructionsgiveninthisCodeapplytoHRSGunitsemployedincombinedcycleinstallations.Unitsoperatingwithmorethanapproximately40percentexcessairshallbetestedinaccordancewiththerequirementsofthisCode.Unitsoperatingwithlessthanapproximately20percentexcessairshallbetestedinaccordancewithPerformanceTestCodePTC-4.1,SteamGeneratingUnits.Forunitsoperatingbetween20percentand40percentexcessair,guidanceastothepreferredtestmethodcanbeobtainedinAppendix7.1.OrsatanalysisisnotrequiredfortestsperformedunderthisCode.TestingofauxiliaryequipmentshallbegovernedbythePerformanceTestCodeapplyingspecificallytotheauxiliaryinquestion.ThisCodeisnotapplicabletosolidfuelfiredunits.TheHRSGcoveredbythisCodeisencompassedbytheenvelopeboundaryshowninFig.1.1.
